About the Role
Loan Factory is seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Lead Generation & Conversion to lead our customer acquisition and lead conversion strategy. This leader will be responsible for generating high-quality mortgage leads and optimizing conversion across digital channels, call centers, and loan officer pipelines.
The ideal candidate combines performance marketing expertise with sales funnel optimization and has experience scaling lead generation in the mortgage, fintech, or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s lead generation strategy across digital, referral, and partner channels.

Optimize the lead-to-application and application-to-close conversion funnel.

Manage paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing.

Collaborate with sales leadership and loan officers to improve lead handling and conversion processes.

Analyze marketing and sales data to improve ROI, cost per lead, and cost per funded loan.

Lead and grow the marketing and lead generation team, including performance marketing, CRM, and automation.

Implement and optimize CRM and marketing automation systems to improve lead nurturing and follow-up.
Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.

Experience in mortgage lending, fintech, real estate, or financial services strongly preferred.

Proven track record of scaling digital lead generation and conversion funnels.

Strong experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing and growth teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
